VibeMe

Terms of service

The intended ground rules for a platform built around shared taste.

The service

VibeMe lets people express cultural interests through profiles, shelves, posts and reviews, and discover titles and people. Availability can change during early access. A waitlist signup does not guarantee an invitation or a launch date.

Minimum age and regional eligibility requirements must be confirmed by the operator before these terms are finalized. Do not treat the existence of a registration field as a published eligibility policy.

Your account

Use accurate information where it is required, keep your sign-in details secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for the material you choose to publish and for the people you invite to edit your shelves.

Authentication is handled through Clerk. Do not share passwords, verification codes or session links with other users or people claiming to offer support.

Content and respectful use

Post only material you have permission to share. Respect other people’s privacy, intellectual property and right to participate without harassment. Follow the Community guidelines.

The final terms must specify the permission VibeMe needs to host and display user content, any removal process, and the treatment of rights complaints. This draft does not invent a broad license over your work.

  • No threats, harassment, hate or sexual exploitation.
  • No scams, impersonation, spam or deliberate attempts to bypass access controls.
  • No publishing someone else’s private information without permission.

Catalogs and external services

Catalog artwork, names and other materials can belong to their respective rights holders. A link or catalog listing does not imply endorsement, partnership or permission to redistribute the underlying work.

Official-service links open third-party services. Their availability, accounts, prices and rules are not controlled by VibeMe. No App Store or Google Play release is promised on this website.

Moderation and account controls

VibeMe has reporting and blocking tools and uses rules and human review for moderation. Review may result in content being held, removed or restricted. Automated rules are limited and can make mistakes.

Users should have a way to request review of an enforcement decision. The operator must confirm the public appeal and support process before launch. Account deletion is available through the app’s Settings and requires confirmation.

Items that still require legal approval

The operator must confirm governing law, dispute handling, warranties, liability limits, statutory consumer rights, suspension rules, content licensing and how material changes will be communicated.

No legal compliance certification or enforceability is claimed. Obtain qualified legal review before publishing these terms as an agreement.
