Help & support
Start with the issue you’re running into.
Getting access
Use the website’s waitlist form to request early-access updates. Confirm the consent checkbox before submitting. An error message means the signup has not been confirmed; try again later rather than assuming it was saved.
Public app sign-in and download destinations are not currently verified on this website. Use an invitation or the preview instructions you have received. We do not list unverified app-store buttons.
Signing in
Use the sign-in method associated with your account and follow the verification steps shown by Clerk. If you need to reset a password, use the recovery option on the sign-in screen. Never send a password or verification code to support.
Shelves and recommendations
Look in a shelf’s three-dot menu for its management and audience settings. Collaborative editing requires an accepted invitation. A private shelf is not made public simply by sharing its URL.
Save titles you enjoy and use likes and ratings to help shape recommendations. New accounts select ten favorite titles during setup. You can revisit interests through Settings → Tune your taste. A recommendation is a suggestion, not a guarantee that you will like a title.
Reporting and blocked accounts
Report a post or account from its in-app action menu. Manage blocks in Settings → Blocked accounts. Read the Safety page for practical advice. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Deleting an account
Open Settings → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Wait for the completion message. If deletion is interrupted, use the retry option shown by the app; do not assume an interrupted request finished.
Contact and privacy requests
Email support@getvibeme.com for support, waitlist removal and privacy requests. VibeMe operates from Canada. Do not submit sensitive information through the beta form or send passwords or verification codes by email.
Use the email associated with your account or registration where possible. Include the issue and only the information needed to investigate. A response time is not guaranteed; this is not an emergency service.
